This application is a private system used by our authorized staff to prepare bills and estimates, manage stock, and keep our accounts. It is not a public website. Access to the system requires a valid staff login.

• Customer details - name, mobile number, and address, used to prepare a bill or estimate and to provide after-sale service.
• Identity documents (KYC) - PAN and/or Aadhaar are recorded only for high-value transactions where the law (GST and anti-money-laundering rules) requires it.
• Transaction records - the items, weights, amounts, taxes, and payments of your purchases, estimates, and any old-gold or exchange entries.
• Staff details - for our employees, a username and an activity log used to run and secure the system.

4. How we use the information

• To prepare and print bills, estimates, and payment receipts.
• To maintain our stock, accounts, and statutory records.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations (for example GST returns and KYC record-keeping).
• To provide service and support, and - where you have shared a mobile number or email - to send you your bill and transaction-related messages over WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with government, tax, or regulatory authorities where the law requires it; and
• with trusted service providers (such as messaging, email, and hosting providers) strictly to operate this system on our behalf.

6. How we protect information

Access is limited to authorized staff through individual logins and role-based permissions, and important actions are recorded in an audit log. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

7. How long we keep it

We keep transaction and KYC records for as long as our business needs and the applicable tax and statutory rules require, after which they are retained or removed in line with those rules.
